3.1 You may hold only one grmbet account. Creation of multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. grmbet reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a player who holds duplicate accounts and to forfeit any outstanding balances therein.
3.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. grmbet may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. 3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. grmbet shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information. 3.4 Account sharing is prohibited. Your grmbet account is strictly personal and may not be used by, or on behalf of, any third party.
4.1 grmbet accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. Supported payment methods may change at grmbet's discretion.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit. grmbet reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks. grmbet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a method verified in your name.
4.4 Funds deposited on the Platform are intended for wagering purposes only. grmbet does not hold player funds as a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
4.5 Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on grmbet are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be processed.
5.3 grmbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
5.4 Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus. Any player found attempting to claim a new player bonus more than once — whether through the same or a duplicate account — will have the bonus removed and may have their account suspended.
5.5 grmbet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.
6.1 All bets placed on grmbet are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections, amounts, and bet types prior to confirmation. grmbet shall not be obligated to reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances expressly permitted under applicable game or sport-specific rules.
6.2 In the event of a technical fault, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcome, grmbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. grmbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on grmbet. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering. grmbet reserves the right to impose individual account limits at its discretion.
6.4 Any attempt to exploit a technical error, pricing anomaly, or software vulnerability for financial gain constitutes prohibited conduct under these Terms.
